Party Sign Co. Signage Hire Policy

1. Purpose: This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the rental of signage products from Party Sign Co.

2. Product Availability: Signage products are available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings for signage must be made in advance to ensure availability.

3. Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 4 days. All rental periods begin on the date of collection and end on the date of return.

4. Collection and Return: Pickup of signage products are to be made by the customer from Kensington, Victoria, Australia. The address for collection will be provided once a booking has been finalised. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of signage products to Party Sign Co. Pick up of signage is available on Fridays with return by Monday. Pick up and return is available between 9am - 12pm. If you require to collect or return outside of these times, please communicate this via email prior to making a booking.  

5. Payment: Payment for signage rentals must be made in full prior to the start of the rental period. A deposit will also be charged, which will be refunded upon the safe return of hire items. This may take up to 10 business days to be refunded to your payment method and is based on processing times of your financial institution. 

6. Maintenance and Damage: Customers are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of signage products during the rental period. Any damage or loss of the signage products during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer and will result in your deposit being forfeited.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 10 days or more before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the rental period will not be refunded.

8. Liability: Party Sign Co. will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use of signage products rented from Party Sign Co. Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper use and placement of signage products.

9. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia .

10. Changes to Policy: Party Sign Co. reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.

By renting signage products from Party Sign Co. the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
