Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at letsparty@partysignco.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided if your order is damaged. Contact us immediately at letsparty@partysignco.com.au if there is an issue with your order when it is received. You may be required to ship the items back to us for inspection and review. We will provide a returns label if this is required. Please ensure your items are packaged well prior to collection.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not offer refunds if your order does not arrive in time for your event due to postal delays.
