SHIPPING POLICY
Printing of your order can take up to two weeks.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and size and will be displayed at checkout.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders and postal service problems are outside of our control. All items will be shipped with Authority to Leave. If you do not wish for your parcel to be ATL please include a note with your order when checking out.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at letsparty@partysignco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes due to the size of our parcels.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at letsparty@partysignco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
